Delivery Information

In 2021 we continue to negotiate excellent rates with our carriers and we pass these preferential rates on to you our customer. We do not mark up these rates.

Obviously due to Brexit, there is an impact on carriage prices to the EU. However, we are working hard to offer our EU customers the best available rates. Please note that for customers purchasing from within the EU, receiver will responsible for all fees and duty costs. Our Commercial Invoices will be automatically issued with all commodity code and Country of Origin details.

It is our aim to dispatch all orders for In Stock items received online before 4 pm on the same working day. In extreme circumstances, we may not achieve this. In the rare instance that there is a delay with dispatch, we will keep you fully informed.

Our standard delivery to UK mainland (excluding Highlands and Islands) is Next Working Day for In Stock products.

For none UK shipment prices, please contact us first so that we can provide you with an accurate quotation for carriage. During COVID we have experienced greatly inflated prices for shipping internationally, along with daily fluctuation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund international orders made online if the online calculation greatly differs from our actual cost. We will contact you if this is the case.

WE DELIVER WORLDWIDE. If you do not see your delivery rates below, delivery rates can be calculated via the checkout process by selecting the correct delivery Country. If you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery Charges (excludes dangerous goods - see below)

Express delivery may not be available in your area. If unsure - please check with us before completing your order.

It is important that you select the correct Country in order for delivery costs to be calculated accurately. If we establish that there is a difference between the input delivery address and the actual delivery address, we shall contact you to advise you of this before goods are dispatched.

DHL deliver between 8am and 18:00pm on the standard NEXT DAY service.Please note that if your premises closes early on a Friday, you must select AM delivery. Unfortuantley we are not able to provide timed delviery slots, other than AM delviery.

If you select our Express before 10:30am delivery, this relates to UK mainland only. Please also be aware that couriers do not guarantee these times in certain parts of mainland UK, classified by them as remote. This includes some addresses in Scotland and Wales. If you need to know for sure, please just give one of the team a call before confirming your order, so that we can specifically check for your postcode.

For smaller, single packet items, we reserve the right to dispatch these by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. Typically these deliveries can take 2 to 3 days. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us first, or add a note to your online order, and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

Unfortunately, certain products (mainly furniture items) due to their size, weight and additional handling may attract higher delivery charges. These charges are identified on the appropriate product pages. Each product page does clearly state this and identifies the cost of UK(mainland) delivery.

For larger orders (typically above 10 cases) we reserve the right to send this as a palletised load as this will help to maintain the packages in good condition and keeps our costs (and hence your costs) lower. This means that your delivery may take an additional day. Again, if your delivery is urgent, please add this information to the Special Notes, or give us a call. We will always do what we can to ensure you get the goods when you need them.

UK Mainland deliveries are sent on a Next Working Day service. Shipments outside of UK Mainland are typically on a 2 day service. Remote areas may take longer than this. Again, if you need a more accurate estimate please feel free to call us. We are always happy to help!

Delivery costs outside of the above are calculated on our website based on actual weight/volume, and will be calculated once you complete the Delivery Address details during the Checkout process.

We use DHL for our next day shipping - except smaller orders, which are sent by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email on the day of dispatch, so please ensure your email address is accurate. You can use this to track your delivery, or re-schedule your own delivery via the DHL Tracking Website. We choose DHL because of their reliability and care taken with our products.

Occasionally issues do occur, and whilst we cannot be responsible for events under the control of our third party partners, we do take these issues very seriously and will resolve them promptly and to your satisfaction.

Non-stock items (for example, chairs, some items of furniture and chemicals such as IPA) are usually on 2 to 5 days delivery. Again, we will advise you if there is a delay above these estimates.

Dangerous Goods

Chemicals such as IP Alcohol are classed as DANGEROUS GOODS and so have additional handling requirements due to Health & Safety legislation. Some companies may bypass these regulations, and send the goods by a standard courier, by not having the correct UN packaging. However as a reponsible supplier, we ensure that goods are transported legally. Whilst these are stock items and are usually shipped same day, the additional checks result in a 2 to 7 day delivery service. The cost of shipping DANGEROUS GOODS is considerable, and we do not mark up the cost, so you are actually benefiting from a highly discounted price. To try and keep these costs to a minimum, we combine our orders into a single collection, once per week, so your order could potentially take up to 7 days. To counteract this, please either keep a small stock to allow for this, or please order well in advance. If your order is urgent, we can provide a 2 to 3 day service, however, this may incur additional cost. We do not currently ship dangerous goods internationally, however this is a service we look to offer very soon.

Non European Overseas Orders

We ship worldwide, however, please contact us if your delivery is required outside Europe, and we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost for delivery.
