Delivery Information

In 2016, we are very pleased to announce the introduction of FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY for all mainland UK shipments. This relates to orders made online for stock items, before 4pm - with a net order value above £70. (Net order value excludes VAT and carriage costs). This currently excludes Highlands and Islands. It is our aim to dispatch all orders for In Stock items received online before 4 pm on the same working day.

For smaller orders we reserve the right to dispatch these by Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us to confirm first.

For larger orders (typically above 10 cases) we reserve the right to send this as a palletised load as this will help to maintain the packages in good condition and keeps our costs lower so that we are able to continue offering Free Delivery. This means that your delivery may take an additional day. Again, if your delivery is urgent, please add this information to the Special Notes, or give us a call. We will always do what we can to ensure you get the goods when you need them.

UK Mainland deliveries are sent on a Next Working Day service. Shipments outside of UK Mainland are typically on a 2 day service. Remote areas may take longer than this. Again, if you need a more accurate estimate please feel free to call us.

Delivery costs (if applicable) outside of the above are calculated on our website based on actual weight/volume, and will be calculated once you complete the Delivery Address details during the Checkout process.

We use FEDERAL EXPRESS for our next day shipping - except smaller orders, which are sent by Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number by email on the day of dispatch, so please ensure your email address is accurate. You can use this to track your delivery, or re-schedule your own delivery via the FedEx Tracking Website.

Non-stock items and also some Dangerous Goods (for example, chairs, some items of furniture and chemicals such as IPA) are usually on 2 to 3 days delivery. Again, we will advise you if there is a delay above these estimates.

It is important that you select the correct Country in order for delivery costs to be calculated accurately. If we establish that there is a difference between the input delivery address and the actual delivery address, we may contact you to advise you of this before goods are dispatched.

Non European Overseas Orders

We do ship worldwide, however, please contact us if your delivery is required outside Europe, and we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost for delivery.
