Cytotoxic Spill Pack

Cytotoxic spill packs provide a rapid, safe way to deal with spillages of cytotoxic drugs. Used mainly in the treatment of cancers, cytotoxic drugs are handled in outpatient areas, wards and pharmacies and regularly carried between these locations. Under current health and safety legislation it is essential for locations regularly handling these drugs to have appropriate procedures in place to deal with spillages.

These cytotoxic spill packs use high absorbency granules to ensure spillages can be safely cleaned and disposed of. The single-use pack comes with cleaning tools and PPE for rapid, safe cleaning of spillages of cytotoxic drugs.

Safe for use by non-specialist staff and first aiders.

Conforms to UK Department of Health and WHO guidelines for safe clean-up of cytotoxic spills.
