Type 4/5/6 Disposable Coverall

A high quality garment manufactured from 67gsm laminated microporous material. Microporous fabric is breathable and liquid resistant, allowing the skin to breathe while resisting the penetration of many non-hazardous liquids and particles.

This coverall is available in Sterile and Non-Sterile options. The sterile coveralls go though an irradiation process.

All seams are taped, which offers extra strength as well as a more effective barrier to liquid and particle penetration than standard serged seams. The taped seams allow the garments to be categorised as Type 4 garments, meaning they are spray-tight.

The fabric is both anti-static to EN 1149-5 and resistant to infectious agents to EN 14126. Its resistance to infectious agents means it ideal for protecting against viral and bacterial infection.

Typical applications include pharmaceutical, laboratory, cleanroom, semi-conductor manufacturing, infectious contamination control, forensic science, medical, and food processing.
