InSpec Burstable Pouch Wipes

A complete range of sterile sporicides, biocides and detergents in a session mop, using InSpec chemistry. The burstable pouch compartments maintain 15 wipes and product efficacy for a full shelf life, when compared to pre-wetted wipes.

All formulations are manufactured to GMP in an ISO 5 cleanroom and fully validated. The activation time from bursting the pouch and transferring the chemistry to the wipes is 60 seconds, and the in-use shelf-life is 2 hours. All wipes are sterile at the point of use. The solution is filtered through a 0.2 micron filter and aseptically filled into pre-gamma irradiated packaging (25-45kGy) and tested to give a sterility assurance level SAL of 10-6.

Sold in cartons of 20 x 15 wipes.

The burstable pouch wipes are available in a choice of five presentations:

OX Sporicidal preparation of Hydrogen Peroxide 6%/Peracetic Acid 0.4% v/v. Rapid-action 2-minute kill time. 2-Year shelf life.
HA Sporicidal preparation of Hypochlorous Acid. Safe handling, low odour, low residue. Rapid-action 1-minute kill time. 1-Year shelf life.
QT Biocidal quaternary ammonium compound disinfectant cleaner. A rapid-action, non-oxidising biocide. 2-Year shelf life.
QT+ Low residue biocidal quaternary ammonium compound disinfectant cleaner. A rapid-action, non-oxidising biocide. 2-Year shelf life.
AN Biocidal diamine disinfectant. Broad spectrum, rapid-action, low residue, and QUAT-free. 2-Year shelf life.
