Micronclean Pre-Saturated Pouch Wipes

Pre-saturated, non-woven polycellulose sterile wipes, supplied C-folded in a pouch, ready for immediate use. Specifically designed for cleanroom use, these wipes offer increased disinfectant retention and are supplied in small pack quantities to minimise waste.

The wipes are pre-saturated in ISO Class 5 (in-use) unidirectional airflow cabinets and packed within an ISO Class 7 (in-use) cleanroom. Disinfectant is filtered through a 0.2 micron filter at the point of fill, and the product is then sterilised by gamma irradiation (minimum 25kGy). Shelf life is two years from date of manufacture.

Wipe Dimensions: 230mm x 230mm (9" x 9"). Each pouch contains 15 wipes.

These wipes are supplied in 3 different formulations for rotational cleaning:

• Alpha - a QUAT-based disinfectant

• Beta - an amine-based disinfectant

• Delta - a neutral detergent
