Pre-saturated, non-woven microfibre sterile mop covers, supplied in a pouch ready for immediate use. Specifically designed for cleanroom use, these mop covers are uniformly dosed to achieve 15m² coverage, eliminating the need for in-cleanroom dosing or mixing.
The mop covers are pre-saturated in ISO Class 5 (in-use) unidirectional airflow cabinets and packed within an ISO Class 7 (in-use) cleanroom. Disinfectant is filtered through a 0.2 micron filter at the point of fill, and the product is then sterilised by gamma irradiation (minimum 25kGy). Shelf life is two years from date of manufacture.
Mop Cover Dimensions: 440mm x 140mm. Designed for use with flat mop frames that measure 40cm x 10cm, such as our cleanroom flat mop system.
These mops are supplied pre-saturated in 2 different formulations for rotational cleaning:
• Alpha - a QUAT-based disinfectant
• Beta - an amine-based disinfectant
Mops are packed in cases of 30 individually wrapped mop covers.
